All our cold meats are elaborated in a traditional way by us.
Our chorizo is made from beef dried for 3 weeks, sweet pepper, salt and pepper.
Leave your sausage in a dry place, at room temperature and without wrapping (do not put in the refrigerator).
Count on a maximum of 1-month shelf life.
