If you wish, we can prepare your turkey caponné: deboned and/or stuffed (with the purchase of one of our stuffings). Don't hesitate to let us know in the "Ask your butcher" field when placing your order.

In its packaging, the meat can be stored for a maximum of 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator at a temperature between +2°C and +4°C.

For longer storage, the meat can be frozen. However, we recommend consuming it within 3 months to preserve its full flavor and quality.

For optimal defrosting, remove the meat from the freezer at least 24 hours in advance and let it thaw gradually in the refrigerator. This ensures the best texture and flavor during preparation.
