In its wrapping, the meat can be stored for a maximum of 2 to 3 days, at a temperature between 2°C to 4°C.

To extend the storage time limit, you may use the freezer.

We nevertheless recommend you consume it within 3 months.

Preferably, take the meat out of the freezer 24 hours in advance and let it slowly defrost in the fridge.

The lamb leg chop is perfectly suited for cooking on the barbecue, in the oven, or in a pan.

  • In the oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and cook the meat for 20 minutes.

  • In a pan: Sear the chop over high heat for 45 seconds on each side, turning the meat twice for even cooking. Then, continue cooking covered on low heat for 2 minutes on each side.

To avoid thermal shock and ensure optimal cooking, take the meat out of the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before cooking.
